Celebrating Our First Completed Hamlet Row Units
On Saturday, February 1st, 2020, we celebrated the completion of the first two units of our latest project, The Cottages of Hamlet Row. The Habersham Land Company hosted the open house and we had a great turnout and we were glad to share our hard work with the community.
We are very pleased to share that the first two units have sold, but we have begun work on the next units in the project. The Cottages of Hamlet Row will feature 15 total units, so there is still time if you’re interested in these cottages. These Lowcountry Cottages will all be under 1,600 square feet of living space to suit the growing preferences of homebuyers. Every cottage will feature the hallmarks of a Habersham home: expansive porches, high-end finishes, hardwood flooring, tankless water heaters, and fireplaces.
